Return an Item

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not happy with it you can return it for a refund provided you notify us 14 days of the delivery date to you. If you want to return an item, please read through our full returns and refund policy before you proceed.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the shoes are not used. All shoes must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging.

 

Returning your item to us

To request a return, you'll need to access your order history on our store. Follow these instructions to access your order history and start the returns process:

  1. Open the login page
  2. Enter the email address that you used to place the order and then select Continue
  3. In your email inbox, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code. If the email isn't in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder
  4. Go back to our online store and then enter the six-digit verification code in the form field
  5. Select the order for which you want to start a return
  6. At the top of the order page, select Request return
  7. Select the item(s) you want to return, or choose the Select all option at the top of the page
  8. Select a return reason and add any notes for each item for us to review
  9. Select the Request return button

Once we've received your return request and confirmed your order details, if we approve your return we'll send you a return label via email for you to print. You must then repackage the item in its original packaging (in its original box, for example), securely seal the item in suitable delivery wrapping, and affix the postage label securely to the outer packaging.

Once wrapped and labelled, hand the item to Royal Mail (or take the item to your nearest Post Office, however charges may apply) to send the item to us. Our address for returns is:

We recommend that you retain your proof of postage, as we can't be held liable for items that may be lost in transit. The items remain your responsibility until they're delivered to us.

 

Returns charges

We don't charge any administration fees for refunds, and if you use the return label we send to you and return the item using our preferred courier, you won't be charged for the delivery.

While we don't ask you to cover the costs for return delivery, you're responsible for printing the postage label and for ensuring that the item is properly packaged for delivery at your own cost. We're not able to cover these additional costs.
